Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of numerous well-known American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, which has been running since 2002. Ina Garten began her career as a journalist at the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy and budget reports. Although she found her job to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she stopped her pursuit and decided to purchase a smaller specialty food store - Barefoot Contessa. It took her nearly 18 years to make the shop wildly successful, before she decided to sell it. She then began to write one of her cookbooks. After that, several cookbooks were published, and she also contributed to magazine articles. Another hit was the Food Network Television show. Additionally, she offers all kinds of cooking equipment, supplies and containers. Ina she is a self-taught cook she has never attended an institution for cooking or a hotel. She is well-known for her effortless way of entertaining and easy food preparation. Her most well-known recipes include quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet Roasted Lemon Chicken Macaroni, Cheese and made with beef Bourguignon, and balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts.
